Buckets of Hope

Feeding the People of Haiti one Family at a Time

The “Buckets of Hope” ministry is just one means by which Texas Baptists can fulfill the mandate of Jesus Christ to feed the hungry in the name of Jesus.

Texas Baptist Disaster Relief is inviting Texas Baptists to join with other Baptists across the nation in feeding the Haitian people with a “Bucket of Hope”. A “Bucket of Hope” is five-gallon plastic container packed with selected foodstuffs. For $40 anyone can purchase the materials, assemble a “Bucket of Hope” and include funds for shipping. Family Camp is the perfect opportunity for you to come and build memories, around the campfire, taking a hayride, star-gazing, shooting bow and arrows, kayaking, or reeling in the big one. The staff will serve you so you can spend equality time resting, playing, learning and growing as a family.

Join us at Grace Academy for Prospective Parent Open House on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The evening will include student presentations, student speakers and a chance to visit in classrooms to talk with faculty members.
