Trimergent Leadership Training®System:
Leading Self, Leading Teams, Leading Organizations

The Trimergent Leadership Training®System merges the three areas of leadership required to be an effective leader at all levels of an organization.   It is comprised of 10 one-day sessions.  The training is intense and trainees are challenged to think at a depth they may have never reached before.  Included in the cost are all training material, experiental activities and challenge course costs.  Enrollment minimum requirement is twelve people.

 

Leading Self

Leadership begins with the effective deployment of self.  "Leading Self" is a combination of workshop and experiential training.  The sessions are structured to ensure each individual is challenged to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.  The group is limited in size to allow for maximum participation and interaction.  The cost for the entire year is $200 and includes all training material, experiential activities, an Individual Personality Profile, Challenge Course fees, and meals.  The course consists of ten sessions.  Each session lasts about seven hours.  The sessions cover the following topics:

  • Personal Profile - Look at your personality in depth and how it affects your behavior and those you relate to.
  • Personal Distinctives - Uncover that which makes you unique and consider how to lead yourself and others out of your own distinctiveness.
  • Personal Mission - Discover what it is that you are to be about in your life.
  • Personal Vision - Paint the picture of a future that inspires you to want to go there.
  • Belief System - Learn how what you believe affects every area of your life and adopt beliefs that empower you to fulfill your mission.
  • Passion - Identify that which lights a fire in you.
  • Communication - Enhance your communication skills, both interpersonal and intra personal.
  • Self-discipline - Live with the intention that moves you toward your vision.
  • Life Management - Skillfully manage yourself because you cannot manage time.
  • Balance - Maintain health and peace in your life as you live out your mission.

Leading Teams

Team leaders recognize a dual role of building a team and delivering results.  "Leading Teams" is a combination of workshop and experiential training.  The sessions are structured to ensure each individual gains skills in developing team members, identifying where the team is and how to lead it to the next level, and utilizing a consistent philosophy of leadership creating a healthy culture in your church.  The group is limited in size to allow for maximum participation and interaction.  The cost for the entire year is $150 and includes all training material, experiential activities, Challenge Course fees, and meals.The course consists of ten sessions.  Each session lasts about seven hours.  The sessions cover the following topics:

  • Foundation for Team Leadership - Develop a strong foundation in the basics of Team Leadership with this "Big Picture" view of a team leader's role.
  • Teamwork and Organization - Identify the keys to the effective interaction of teams from an organizational perspective.    
  • Embarkation Phase - Clarify the basics of getting team members on board.
  • Directive Leadership - Gain skills in directing your team without dominating it.
  • Turbulence Phase - Navigate your team through the difficulty of learning to work together.
  • Mediating Leadership - Learn how to deal with conflict effectively both personally and as a team.
  • Buy-In Phase - Experience a team that shares purpose and vision.
  • Facilitating Leadership - Challenge the team to reach its capacity.
  • Ownership Phase - Experience the potential of an empowered team
  • Collaborating Leadership - Move from leader to participant.

Organizational leaders accept the responsibility of setting direction and empowering stakeholders to achieve success.  "Leading Organizations" will be a combination of workshop and experiential training.  The training will be offered individually or offered to groups within your church.   The sessions will be structured to ensure each individual gains skills in:

  • Leading with Purpose - Understand the value of purpose in an organization. Learn how a purpose is discovered. Utilize purpose as a leader.
  • Leading with Vision - Clarify the Power of Vision. Experience Vision. Learn the language of Vision. Deploy Vision in your organization .
  • Leading with Core Values - Define Core Value. Learn to Identify Core Values. Understand the two types of Core Values. See the connection between Purpose, Vision, and Core Values. Activate the Core Values in your organization.
  • Leading with Strategy - Learn a proven approach to Strategy. Understand the elements of Strategic Planning. See how to implement a Strategic Plan.
  • Leading with Culture - Understand Organizational Culture. Create a culture of empowerment. Learn the Poles of Culture. Define a healthy culture for your organization.
